The 6G-REFERENCE project participated in the 29th International Workshop on Smart Antennas (WSA 2026), held from 5 to 7 October 2026 in Barcelona, Spain, organised by the Centre Tecnològic de Telecomunicacions de Catalunya (CTTC), coordinator of 6G-REFERENCE, with a poster presentation.
Basem Abdelaziz Abdelmagid, Doctoral Student at ETH Zürich and a member of the research group led by Hua Wang, Full Professor, presented the work entitled “Time-Modulated Array Architectures for 6G Distributed MIMO Networks and Integrated Communication and Sensing”. The presentation took place during Poster Coffee Break A on Monday, 5 October, at 16:05, attended by more than 50 participants from academia and industry.
In his poster, Bassem addressed research into time-modulated array architectures for 6G distributed multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) networks and integrated communication and sensing.
WSA 2026: The 29th International Workshop on Smart Antennas
The 29th International Workshop on Smart Antennas (WSA 2026) provided a premier forum for presenting cutting-edge research on smart antennas and advanced wireless communication systems. Since its inception in 1996, the WSA series has continually advanced the field, and WSA 2026 strengthened this tradition of excellence.
